Support Hub Training

District Attorneys Support Hub

If you need assistance involving the following:
  • Troubleshooting computer related issues (state owned desktops, laptops, Surface computers, etc.)
  • Multifunction printers
  • District office internet connections
  • Installation of software applications
  • Errors or problems involving software applications
  • JustWare
  • Purchasing computers, equipment, devices, etc. (must be submitted by the District Administrative Assistant)
  • Pretty much anything technically related
Submit a support request ticket at https://dash.tndagc.org

It is imperative everyone submit a support request at the Support Hub instead of contacting IT Staff directly. DO NOT attempt to contact IT Staff directly through email, phone, chat, etc.

Our IT Staff are constantly assisting district office staff who are experiencing technical difficulties, need help, guidance, or to answer questions.

Attempting to receive assistance by contacting IT Staff outside the Support Hub is a sure way to delay getting your issues resolved. What happens if the email you send accidentally gets deleted?

Also, we use the Support Hub to track trends and incidents. It provides us with reporting capabilities that cannot be achieved through other means. The reporting found through the Support Hub provides evidence to ask for equipment, software, and funding for your needs.

If you need technical assistance of any kind, submit a support request at https://dash.tndagc.org

If you have no internet connection and are unable to submit a support request online, please call:
