Surplus Process for District Offices Due to the complexities of managing state inventory of desktop computers, laptops, furniture, printers, TVs, etc., the Tennessee District Attorneys General Conference is working with the Tennessee Department of General Services to assist district offices equipment surplus and removal. When any district office has items that need to be picked up and sent to either the Conference Office or the Department of General Services, please follow the instructions in this post to process your request. Surplus Pickup Each District Attorney General will designate a Point of Contact and/or Backup Point of Contact to request surplus item removal. The appropriate form will need to be filled out and completed in conjunction with creating the request in Fusion (for state tagged items) to request surplus for sensitive items. Shared Calendar Workaround in Outlook

  Have you created a personal Outlook calendar with staff, they receive an email invitation to access but the invitation link has been stripped? You can access the shared calendar, but you will need to follow this workaround until the issue is resolved by Microsoft. The workaround is a little weird but give it a try. Thanks for watching!

State of Tennessee employees travel & expenses reimbursements are processed through Edison. To help assist you with properly entering calculating the information, you will want to make sure to have the correct people entered in the system and allow entry authority for your travel & expenses. Watch this short video for general instructions to delegate entry authority in Edison. Step by Step Instructions Sign into Edison by opening your web browser and going to https://hub.edison.tn.gov . After signing in, click Self Service . Click Employee WorkCenter . Click Travel and Expenses Center . Click Delegate Entry Authority . To add a row, click the " + " button. If you do not know the exact User ID of the person you want to delegate entry authority to, click the Search button. Begin typing the name of the person and their name should appear as the system populates the names matching what you are typing. Once the person's name has been located, click their User ID link
